The latest project from Brian Reccow, Fifty Vara has opened in the sunset. Offering seasonal California-focused cuisine, 5 house brewed beers, and a full bar program. This massive new restaurant has opened in a neighborhood that really has nothing like it.
The Location was formerly Sunset Reservoir Brewing, a brewpub that made it 10 years through some really tough times. But the location has been completely redone and updated — from the interior, to the brewery, and the full kitchen. It should be a great local hangout spot.
Fifty Vara is at 1735 Noriega St. (between 24th and 25th), it’s right off the MUNI 7 line. Open Sunday — Thursday, 5pm — 9pm and Friday — Saturday, 5pm —10pm.
